Description
The Faiveley family own one of the most extensive (and enviable) stables of prime vineyard land in Burgundy. The Faiveley parcel in the Mazis grand cru is in the “Haut” section, where the topsoil is shallow scree. The domaine’s wines of this era were well known for their stern tannic structures in youth, and the track record in the cellar has proven the incredible longevity of these wines.
