Bordeaux Reds

Red Bordeaux are made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, but can also include Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. A typical Bordeaux blend features complex flavors and aromas of blackcurrant, tobacco, leather, and earth, among others. These wines are well-structured and age-worthy, with the potential to develop more nuances and depth over time. They pair well with a variety of dishes, including red meat, game, and hard cheeses.
