Bordeaux Blanc

Bordeaux Blancs are made using white grape varieties, most commonly Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. These wines are known for their freshness, acidity, and citrusy flavors, along with notes of tropical fruits, honeysuckle, and honey. They can be enjoyed young, but also have the potential to age and develop more complexity over time. White Bordeaux is often paired with seafood, poultry, and creamy vegetable-based dishes, but can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
